Description
Environment: PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2, Pools 8.53
Missions
Part of the maintenance team, you will be responsible to maintain and support existing implementation of PeopleSoft Finance for the group (France, UK, Spain, Germany, etc..).
This will include the following tasks for mainly AP, AR, GL:
- You will be in charge of the analysis of tickets raised (as level 3: more complex cases) & enhancements of current solution.
- Ensure incident management, in charge to diag and troubleshoot incidents, track actions through ticketing systems, propose solutions to resolve problems and communicate progress to end users.
- Propose accurate solutions, in accordance with client standard guidelines
- Produce designs, configuration, test plans and users procedures as an answer to enhancements requests
- Responsible of the quality of the solutions delivered.
- Perform system testing and assists the users in their UAT.
- Report the progress of work in respect with the planning and budgets validated by the customers.
Skills
- Minimum 4 or 5 years' higher education in finance or IT
- Minimum 5 years PeopleSoft Expertise on PeopleSoft FSCM
Languag
- Fluent in English
- Knowledge of other languages a plus: French, Spanish, German
Internal/External Relationships
- Be in direct contact with business user or application owners within the group.
- Work closely with development team and architecture.
