Description
The Test & Quality Management team works with an external partner to provide a full range of test services to all our IT project teams. These services include Functional Test Management, Functional Testing, Performance Test Management, Performance Testing, Mobile Testing, Test Automation and Quality Reviews. Demand for these services has grown significantly in the past year and the team needs additional core team members to manage these services.
Job Description:
- Experience in end to end test management, reporting, defect triaging, business stakeholder management
- Very good experience in driving test automation strategy for Agile projects.
- Hands on experience in Continuous integration, continuous testing and continuous deployment/DEVOPS
- Proficient with using tools like, JIRA, QTP, Selenium, J-Behave, Jenkins, Virtualisation tools/CA Nolio/IBM UrbanCode etc
- Good knowledge of any BPM tool like IBM Blueworks, PEGA
- Ability to manage team of 50-60 FTE
- Very Good communication skills
- Prior experience in managing tier 1 banks
