Description

Role purpose:
This role requires an in-depth knowledge of the Fixed market, customer insight and competitive trends as well as an expert understanding of financial KPI's to ensure excellent design, delivery and in life management of mobile and fixed propositions for the small business market.
Own the relationships with the specialist areas (Channel Marketing, Finance, Brand, legal, IT etc.) which are required to build and develop an outstanding proposition portfolio

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
Own and manage Fixed broadband propositions within the Small Business portfolio and ensure the maximum return is achieved.
Support the design and strategic direction of the Small Business Segment fixed plans and support the Head Of in creating the strategic 18 month proposition plan.
Deliver the Fixed GTM rolling roadmap for Small Business brands through strong relationships with other key areas within SB eg Channel Marketing, In Life and Trading
Take ownership of key Fixed Value KPI's and ensure the business is acquiring and retaining the right customers based on our strategic plan
Accountable for ARPU targets on owned propositions and delivering against key revenue/value KPI's as per budget
Become the Fixed matter expert and actively manage the proposition life cycle (including collection of insight, Marketing intelligence and in life trading) in order to maximise the revenue & margin return for Small Business.
Work with Senior Propositions Managers across Small Business and Sales Channels Stakeholders to ensure full roadmap alignment
Focus on delivering an outstanding Customer Experience.

Responsible for continuous in life monitoring of owned propositions ie tracking, financials, competitor activity, marketing plan etc. and react to findings accordingly

Key Challenges:
The mobile and fixed market are confusing for small businesses. Ensure that all Fixed Small Business Propositions (alongside mobile propositions) are delivered in the simplest way possible and positioned appropriately vs. the consumer portfolio and market competitors
Aggressive business plans require firm planning and launch programmes. Establish priority schedule and work on revised plan or assess ways in which key initiatives can be brought back line with agreed GTM plan
