One of our Blue Chip Clients is urgently looking for an IBM WebSphere Cast Iron Designer/Developer.

Designer/Dev role
To work as part of a cross functional design team on client site with client teams to develop a set of detailed designs for Cast Iron integration patterns
Able to document designs, solicit feedback and address this in an iterative manner
Team leadership skills
Able to coach more junior dev staff on how to develop the code
Able to code as well as design
Able to support testing from a triage and defect fixing perspective
Able to perform handover to customer teams of developed systems
