We're looking for a motivated and passionate developer to join our team and work on TVGuide.com.

This position is for a senior developer who can join the team and make an impact right away. There's plenty of new projects to work on, and existing projects that can be improved upon all with a variety of challenges. We are hiring for a few different spots on the team so you'll have the opportunity to decide where you'd like to focus your work. Whether you're a backend or frontend dev (or if you like working on both), we have a spot available for you.

Requirements:

3+ years experience with modern PHP development

A firm understanding of modern application design and architecture

Experience with debugging and maintaining web applications (and/or APIs)

A hard working attitude and a deep desire to "Get Things Done"

An open and eager mind when it comes to learning new concepts, patterns and methods


Responsibilities:

Writing clean, readable and maintainable code that adheres to the standards we maintain internally

Keeping up to date on the latest and greatest in the world of PHP and understanding how it applies to our work, where it can help, and where it might not be necessary
