Introduction: Since its founding in 1997 ITech Consult AG has expanded its network of freelance IT continuously. Today we have access to over 30,000 reported IT specialists (developers, system specialists, project managers, supporters, etc. ). So we are able to present computer science professionals with the required profiles in a short term.

Main purpose/tasks:
-Bring the project for approval, get it approved, and work immediately on the implementation.
-The project is about migrating an existing system to another existing system called "Remedy OnDemand" from BMC.
-The output system covers the whole ITIL suite (IT Infrastructure Library >> Incident Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management, Release Management, Change Management, Service Requests) for all systems in pharma development.
-Work together with the team of the output system, the BMC Remedy team and process owners, Application Managers, System Owners, Quality Managers and QA.
-Get the project approved, achieve data collection, data mapping, data migration, planning of training, rollout, post-go-live support etc.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience:
-Minimum of 6-8 years of experience as an IT Project Manager.
-Previous experience in larger IT migration projects.
-Very good knowledge of ITIL (ITIL certificate is a plus)
-Knowledge in BMC Remedy would clearly be an advantage.
-Fluent in English and German is Plus.
