Firmware engineer - Bluetooth/C - Medium enterprise - international clients
Optimus Search is looking for an experienced Bluetooth firmware engineer, for a long term contract position wherein you will be responsible for enhancing and maintaining the Embedded firmware which is core to the clients wireless Bluetooth products and taking a lead role in architecting and managing quality reusable C code.
What we're looking for:
- Skilled C Programmer, with experience of C++ and Object Oriented Design;
- 7+ years' experience in the Bluetooth industry, bringing products to mass market;
- Working knowledge of BLE;
- In-depth knowledge of all layers of the Bluetooth stack and protocols.
- Experience in developing products that have used Bluetooth for connectivity, preferably in the audio or mobile phone domains. Experience from either host or device sides is most welcome
- Complete familiarity with the BT-SIG and the qualification process of devices
Additional desirable skills (non - essential)
- ASIC design, analysis or verification
- Analogue circuit design, competence with basic electronics.
