My client in Luxembourg got in touch this morning with a request for an experienced, English speaking OpenText Developer.
The work will take place at a major European institution and offers the successful candidate the chance to establish themselves in a modern technical environment.

Specifications of the role:
- Configuration of built-in features of Content Server (version 10 or higher would be considered as an advantage)
- Implementation of modules, either from the software provider (OpenText) or 3rd parties
- design of solution including estimation, providing solutions
- developments and enhancements (new reports, features, new functionality)
- single point of contact towards EIF user representative and if applicable other IT teams
- investigation including (Legacy) code research
- training/guidance of more junior or new resources
Successful candidates should have:
- Strong professional experience working as an OpenText Developer
- Experience with customizing existing- or developing new features for Content Server
- Experience with HTML, JavaScript, JQuery, web developments
- Testing experience
- English language skills
Depending upon experience, the role can pay anywhere in the region of €/day and interviews are to begin immediately.
Technical training is always on offer and employees are actively encouraged to develop their technical skill set. The work is expected to last a total of 4 years so although this is a contract position my client envisage a long-term engagement.
