Up to £500 per day
Scrum Master required to join a cross-functional scrum team for an award winning Digital Agency based in London. You will work on variety of projects for a number of clients and be responsible for the day-to-day management of a number of Scrum teams.
Responsibilities:
- Manage 1-2 Scrum Teams
- Facilitate planning, retrospective and demo's
- Ensure the Product Backlog is managed and always in a good state
- Maintain performance metric and ensure constant performance within the team
- Coach and mentor team, stakeholders, advocating and promoting the process
Essential:
- 4+ years of leading a Scrum team
- Proven ability in delivering projects
- A good understanding of the software development process
- Understanding of scalability and high-volume/high transaction applications
- Excellent spoken and written English skills
- Excellent presentation skills
