Description

My client, a large player in the insurance sector, is currently seeking a Webmaster for a ten month contract, based in Brussels, Belgium. This person will be in charge of day to day management of the digital workplace and of training and support of internal employees.

The successful candidate must speak a good level of French, Dutch and English. Candidates who do not meet this criteria will not be considered.

Required experience:
You must have worked within a large company in the insurance sector or similar for a minimum of 5 years.
You will have a minimum of 5 years' experience with websites, intranet and portals management, along with SharePoint 2013, recent web technologies and a good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.

Role:
You will be in charge of the management and update of the digital workplace using Microsoft SharePoint and other content management systems.
You will be in charge of the central administration for the Digital Workplace.
You will work in cooperation with internal business site owners.
You will also be the main point of contact for all enquiries regarding issues with the Digital Workplace.
You will provide guidelines to internal Digital Workplace owners.
You will prepare guidelines and information following feedback.
You will identify errors and solve issues independently, as well as making improvements to the system, or procedures.

This fantastic opportunity will be a long term mission (10 months) with a possible extension.
