Description

1st/2nd Line Support/ Support Engineer

Office 365/ Office Mac

Urgently seeking a 1st/2nd Line Support Engineer, to come a help support users on a front-end basis while the organisation goes through a migration to Office 365 from Exchange.

Previous experience of supporting users in an Office 365 migration is ideal on the MAC side especially.

Essential Skills

1st/2nd Line Support Office 365 environment on the front end.

Office on Windows up to desirable)

Office on Mac up to ( Thunderbird clients)

MAC OSX +

Mobile devices

Good Customer facing skills
