Description
Very Senior Abap developer/architect required to prototype, document and deploy a number of complex tooling initiatives supporting the SAP security and controls space including automation of authorisation role build and deployment of a transport dependency checking solution.3 month contract- Berkshire- £440 per day- Immediate start
Self-starter with demonstrated track record of ability to work independently with light touch guidance from functional SME required. Clear concise communication skills needed as well as ability to articulate complex technical abap development concepts in low-tech language is needed.
The developer will need to understand the high level process flow and requirements and architect a solution including discovering and understanding available standard BAPIs and other functionality.
Technical requirements:
Advanced knowledge of SAP basis layer architecture including use of RFC for remote logon, understanding of the TMS system and understanding of SAP standard authorisation trace and audit log functionality are required.
Advanced knowledge of developing custom abap workbench objects, especially programs, screen, function modules, BAPIs, user exits and workflows.
Ability to quickly understand and adopt customer development standards, naming conventions etc.
Any prior experience of working with SAP authorisations or SAP GRC is highly desirable
