Position Requirements
5 years' experience in Smallworld (Magik) architecture- and application development as well as system administration
5 years' experience in Telecom business
Excellent communication skills (being able to communicate complex technical issues between users and suppliers)
Languages: Danish and English
Position Description
- Responsible as Lead technical contact for internal and external partners on Smalworld application
- Leading role in complex troubleshooting cases or complex technical activities such as HW and SW upgrades and Expert Support
- Act as internal System Architecture guard on Change Requests and Upgrades to secure a top-performing and high-quality system
- Advises Telia on pro's- and cons of suggested solutions from suppliers
- Handles IT technical requests, provides understanding of fiber transmission networks
- Responsible for meeting contracted response times
- Performing data quality analyses; developing- and maintaining data cleansing methods and tools
- Extensive user interaction incl. daily training and support
