Enterprise Architect
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Enterprise Architect to join well established blue chip organisation based at their prestigious offices in Stockholm Sweden.
As a Enterprise Architect you will be responsible for:
Developing the ICT technology long term strategy; Developing guidelines and principles for, norms and standards, design, data and metadata structures, information flow, data management, supported technologies, programming languages and browsers, reuse-before buy-before build, acquisition and configuration management, access and rights management, decommissioning; Reviewing the as-is enterprise architecture and identify and propose areas of improvements for ensuring interoperability, maintainability, scalability, sustainability, integrity and compatibility of Institute's information system; Ensuring up-to-date enterprise architecture documentation and modelling, including the Software
Architecture Documents (SAD); Defining and maintaining the target enterprise architecture and the roadmaps towards its implementation; Identifying business synergies, common goals and objectives across multiple strategic programs and support adequate architecture design opportunities; Defining business patterns, technical meta data and data models in compliance with business needs.
Coordinating the ICT Architecture team formed by solution and system architects seated in the ICT-Unit; Organising the strategic Enterprise Architecture Board that supports the high level enterprise architecture strategies, policies and design; provide advice and guidance for decision making; The consultant shall be requested to perform various tasks related to one or several projects, products, applications and services managed by the ICT unit.
The tasks might include: Input to Opportunity, Value and Feasibility studies; contribution or even lead of IT Studies for the business opportunity, the value and IT feasibly for the operational business at EU Agency. Support to the work plan preparation; Collect detailed ICT and Business visions, constraints and expectations for the requested projects and activities in annual work plan requirement gathering. Enterprise architecture board and Methodological and technical coherence committee; lead the IT internal meetings that should result to the optimal business architecture and technical implementation for desired functions and projects.
As a Enterprise architect you will have:
A University degree with minimum 6 years of professional experience in IT or non-university degree with minimum 12 years of experience in IT; Hands on experience in Enterprise Architecture and analysis of business structure and processes; Comprehensive knowledge of hardware, software, application, and systems engineering; Experience in documenting, introducing and monitoring policies, standards and technical roadmaps on the enterprise level; Experience in IT governance and project management.
