Contract duration: 12months + (Strong possibility of extension)

Description:

This position exists within the CTO organization under Shared Application Services (SAS) and will be part of the Document Repository Management (DRM) team. The DRM team provides expertise in enterprise document management platforms and solutions for client, currently supporting the document capture and repository needs for HealthConnect Clinical Scanning across multiple regions as well as Health Plan applications providing electronic documents to members, brokers and internal Customer Service Agents through client website and other portals. Additionally, DRM will be providing an Enterprise Fax service through leveraging a Fax over IP collective built on OpenText RightFax and the migration of various RightFax vertical deployments on to the new Enterprise Collective.
The Shared Technical Services Project Coordinator will play a key role in migrating existing independent RightFax deployments into the Enterprise RightFax Service. The Enterprise RightFax Service will process millions of faxes annually, utilizing a highly complex, high volume infrastructure that must be maintained 24x7x365. The successful candidate will assist the ERS PM to execute already developed project plans, and insure completion of tasks for the RightFax implementations to achieve on-time, on-budget delivery of expected business value.
Overall:
Complete assigned tasks on projects or multiple projects of moderate complexity.
Assist the Project Manager with follow up on essential tasks assigned to other resources and insure those tasks are completed on time and on budget.
. Assist Program and Project Managers with project tracking and reporting requirements.
. Assist Program Mgmt. with general business requirements, presentations, process documentation.
Create and disseminate information (Project Plan, related artifacts) to project team members.
Monitor RPM, Remedy and other tools and assist Project Manager(s) with capturing and updating project information.
Assist PM with ad hoc reporting requirements for management oversight
. Partner with ERS Program Mgmt. and CTO Financial Analysts to analyze capital and non-capital reports for reporting project/program actual and committed dollars.
Develop and maintain project document library and other project/program repositories.
Participate in project team meetings and assist in documenting action items, user requirements, and project schedules.
Project Complexity:
Multiple sites and application environments.
Scope of work encompasses multiple business units and may span across multiple portfolios.
Scope of project enhancements is across multiple applications, with applications spanning
multiple portfolios or BIO organizations.
Project scope includes internally, externally and ASP supported applications.
Demonstrates knowledge and use of change management process.
Responsible for accurate time reporting for project work they are leading.
Follows the quality/testing strategies defined for the project.
Follows best practice recommendations.
Leverages knowledge in Project Management methodology, skills, and tools.
Informs or escalates performance issues.
Responsible for tracking and delivery of status for assigned scope of work.
Skill Set:
Functional knowledge of project management tools (Microsoft Project, Visio and Excel)
Knowledge of Lotus Notes, Clarity/NIKU, and Remedy.
Must be self-motivated, well organized and have good innovation and facilitation skills.
Proven oral and written communication skills.
Good analytical skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels and across organizational lines, including
multiple business units and service provider teams.
Successfully work with team relationships and partnerships across organizational lines.
Experience Level/Qualifications:
1-3+ Years in project coordination.
Background in financial processes including general ledgers, invoice management,
capital/operating expense management and budget forecasting
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent (preferred); or 3-4 years of experience
working in IT arena
