Skills and Experience
*University degree with minimum 6 years of professional experience in IT or non-university degree with minimum 12 years of experience in IT;
*Hands on experience in Enterprise Architecture and analysis of business structure and processes;
*Comprehensive knowledge of hardware, software, application, and systems engineering;
*Experience in documenting, introducing and monitoring policies, standards and technical roadmaps on the enterprise level;
*Experience in IT governance and project management.
*Communication and motivation. Experience and ability to adapt communication to different stakeholders. Negotiation skills.
*Strong knowledge and experience in conducting IT Studies of different nature, experience in definition and implementation of technical roadmaps and extent of experience in coordinating team members, facilitating meetings with collaboration, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
