For our client in Amsterdam we are looking for a Senior Agile Coach.
As coach you will help our teams and their environment to deliver business value to our customers fast and to make sure our business stays ahead. Also, you contribute to an excellent environment for our teams in which they can perform at their best.
Job description Senior Agile Coach (Scaling) (QR3477)
You will coach (DevOps) teams, management and important change agents.
As a coach you apply your coaching-, mentoring-, facilitation and training skills and use your deep knowledge in (Scaled) Agile, Lean, DevOps and experience with organizational change.
Since you have actively involved in Agile transitions before (either as manager or as a coach) and have excellent IT knowledge, the teams and management easily accept you as their coach.
Most importantly, you have a deep understanding of the Agile principles and mindset.
You live the Agile manifesto in the way you shape your work as a coach.
Your work environment Senior Agile Coach (Scaling) (QR3477)
As coach you are part of a small team of coaches. You are an active member of this team and help your colleagues to succeed. We are is a global organization. You will be based in Amsterdam, but you could also be working other locations like Brussels part of your time.
Skills required Senior Agile Coach (Scaling) (QR3477)
- University Graduate (Master) degree;
- Excellent social skills, great communicator;
- Creative, like to learn and experiment;
- Coaching, mentoring and training skills;
- Multiple years of experience with Agile and DevOps transformations;
- Proven track record in organizational change;
- Able to act at (senior) management level and proven experience with coaching both management and (DevOps) teams;
- Capable of involving stakeholders like internal partners and IT Suppliers;
- Strong analytical skills, willing to learn, willing to share knowledge with others;
- Of course you are passionate about Lean, Agile, Scrum and DevOps and possess deep knowledge about these;
- You are fluent in Dutch and English
