A key client of Computer Futures is looking for a Service Delivery Admin. This is on a 6 month day rate contract in Dublin.Contract - 6 Months (View to Extension)
Day Rate - €150 - €220
Duties:
- Provide level 2 remote support to our customers on hardware, OS and SQL Server
- As required support field engineers in the remote set up and installation of hardware and software systems at a customer's site
- Support the field engineering team in their work including the management of resources used by the team
- Managing customer communications and expectations relating to support activities and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
The Candidate must have:
- Min. 1-2 years' experience in a customer facing Support orField Service role in the technology sector
- Installation & Troubleshooting expertise in:
- PC and Server Hardware (x86)
- Printers
- Routers, Firewalls, VPN Set-Up & Configuration
- Windows Server OS
- Windows XP/7/8 OS
- Windows Active Directory
- SQL Server 2005/08/12
