Description

Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for the Surveillance, Fault Classification, Trouble Ticket Management, Duty Management, Process Adherence, Organization and Motivation of Shift Leader members and Front Office Manager
  • Conduct or participate in recruitment interviews for selection of personnel
  • Be able to recognize the training requirements for people and give coaching where applicable
  • Be responsible for the well being of all staff in terms of their working environment and conditions of employment
  • Allocate work to the personnel with training and skills capable of doing the task
  • Ensure the Front Office is adequately staffed at all times
  • Be responsible for adherence to all Processes and contribute in process improvement as part of operational efficiency
  • Attend in all meetings as responsible for Front Office activities
  • Organize weekly meetings with Services, and follow up action points
  • Ensuring a smooth operation of the day to day activities covering CORE, BSS, IN/VAS, Transmission in the Vietnamobile Network
  • Be responsible for managing all Front Office and Back Office operational activities associated with the Network
  • Single Point Of Contact for all network outages and incidences
  • Be able to manage Front Office operations financials

Requirements:

  • Minimum 15+ years of experience in the Operations, Setup and management of full Network Operations Centre (NOC) for large and international mobile telecoms operator
  • GNOC Management Experience from any of the top 4 Telco Service providers
  • Proven track record in achieving Industry recognized Network Operation KPI's
  • Proven track record of improving NOC engineer performance levels
  • 5+ years' experience as an Telecoms operational consultant
