Our Banking client is offering an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled eCommerce Infrastructure DevOps Engineer to join their Edinburgh based team for 7 months initial contract.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of DES platform offerings and engineering of eCommerce technologies to support these platform offerings and will hold the following skills:
*Solid understanding of Java applications - JBoss EAP/Tomcat/WAS
*Solid understanding of Apache & Microsoft IIS Web Server
*Solid understanding of Web Security - Web Services, API Management & WAF
*Solid understanding of distributed multi-tier web architectures & networking principles
*UNIX/Red Hat Linux with strong Scripting experience (Unix Shell/Perl) - Microsoft Windows server platforms with IIS 7.5 or above
*Experience of Public & Private Cloud solutions - Paas & Self Service - Automated deployment methods
