Description

We are currently recruiting for a Technical Officer (Facilities & Maintenance) contract to work in Gloucestershire.

This is a contract role paying up to £200-£290p/d Ltd this is initially a contract to July 2016.

The Role:

Facility and infrastructure Maintenance works, repair and minor new works. To maintain the facilities and infrastructure.
Take client work requests, overseeing work carried out, QA, signing off work.
Managing small construction projects.
The Technical Officers will have responsibility for liaising and coordinating with key internal and external stakeholders in a multi discipline environment requiring good verbal and written communication skills.
Experience required in Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) or Building and Civil Engineering (B&CE) environment encompassing facility/infrastructure maintenance, repairs, injected minor new works & small projects.
Duties may include but are not limited to:
- Management and procurement of repairs
- planned maintenance
- Refurbishment & infrastructure installation projects.
- Entering details of works in computer databases
- Track, monitor and update work status with Contractors to ensure customer expectations and agreed completion dates are being met
- Responsibility for providing support in delivering the environmental, health & safety, estate compliance and assurance

Skills & Experience:
Candidates will require SC clearance
ONC construction or engineering discipline or equivalent qualifications (B&CE or M&E)
Experience of a similar role within facilities or maintenance
Full Driving License will be required

Security Clearance Level Required: SC
