We have an interesting opportunity; one of our clients is ramping up their SAP competence to cope with a significant increase in projects within their telecom practice. Currently they have an opening for an experienced SAP project Manager - a manager who has specifically worked within the Telecom sector (mobile or fixed operator)
Typically they would expect the candidate to have 7-10 years of SAP Consulting experience, having taken part in 3-4-5 implementations ( of ANY modules/products ), although any previous experience with SAP DW would be helpful - but NOT essential.
Overall; 7-10 years SAP, 3 years telecom related projects, 5 years+ at project manager level - 'full project manager' meaning, dealing with project plans, milestones, interfacing between the delivery teams plus the customer. So solid communication skills are a must, ANY FORMAL pm QUALIFICATIONS WOULD BE A BONUS.
Initially 6 months contract, likely to extend.
