Web Methods Technical Lead/Designer/WebMethods Technical Lead/Designer.
Experienced Web Methods Technical Lead required for busy integration team to act as a technical lead and provide support and direction to the developers. You will be required to meet specific requirements within agreed timescales while managing (with other senior leads) the stakeholders and external suppliers/development teams. Ideally you will have at least 3 years solid Webmethods experience, but come from a broader integration background with many complex projects under your belt. You will be involved in the design, development, testing (mainly automation) and deployment and enhancement of integration projects and services and adhere to the internal governance to ensure compliance throughout. Above all you will be a subject matter technical expert, but also have a flair for managing/motivating/mentoring developers within a busy department
