Reward Analyst - Global Brand - Reading - 6 months - Circa £150 PD

The Total Rewards Team supports the business in ensuring that our benefits and compensation packages remain competitive against the high tech industry across the markets in which we operate in order to attract and retain top talent.

This is a broad based role with the opportunity to develop specialist skills and gain exposure across the business however the core focus will be in supporting the contractual and invoicing requirements to ensure that vendor policies are established within required timescales and in managing the EMEA Car Lease Program.

Responsibilities of the Rewards Analyst:

  • Liaise with Procurement to expedite orders, raise PIR's, input required data to initiate order process
  • Maintain files, log invoices, purchase orders, contracts and other related documentation (Box/Sharepoint)
  • Review invoices received and ensure accuracy, escalate queries as appropriate
  • Coordinate with Accounts Payable to ensure prompt settlement of invoices ensuring no risk to benefit coverage
  • Investigate vendor queries on late payments and escalate as appropriate to resolve late payment issues
  • Maintain inventory of EMEA/APJ benefit providers and contacts
  • Coordinate with HRHD to maintain accurate Benefits membership census data
  • Ensure HR Online Total Reward pages remain current and accurate
  • Maintain Sharepoint site with copies of Vendor Contracts
  • Manage Lease Car Order Process with HRHD
  • Liaise with Fleet Works to ensure effectiveness of Company Car Policy
  • Review market data on lease allowance rates and make recommendations for changes
  • Review annual Fuel Card usage reports and invoicing. Flag and investigate out of scope activity.
  • Continually review operational processes and recommend improvements to promote accurate record keeping, visibility and accountability
  • Input to Compensation and Benefits surveys both annual and ad hoc
  • Ad hoc projects as required

Requirements of the Rewards Analyst

  • General HR experience gained in an international corporate environment
  • Experience of influencing and collaborating to resolve process issues
  • Thrive on working with ambiguity
  • Ability to communicate and influence effectively at all levels building a cross functional network and effective working relationships
  • Have solid analytical skills
  • Ability to handle highly sensitive, confidential information and situations
