CRM & EMAIL MARKETING COORDINATOR
CRM And email marketing coordinator need for an urgent long term contract based in Central London for a leading retail brand.
*You should come from an data analysis background and be able to interpret data well for this campaign*
- CRM & Email Marketing Co-ordinator to support its CRM retention strategy, and drive customer retention rates and customer profitability.
- Working within the growing Digital team, this person will be passionate about driving a customer-centric strategy, focusing on brand loyalty, customer segmentation, personalisation and long-term customer profitability.
- Co-ordination of incentives & benefits plus segmented communications through email, DM and SMS
- Work closely with the Customer Service team to deliver best-in-class service Day-to-day ownership of the email marketing and segmentation plan On-going coordination and continued segmentation of email database to identify and target clients within key life cycles with specific campaigns
- Optimise email marketing campaigns in line with the promotional calendar; using trading/product knowledge to ensure emails are commercially driven, relevant and targeted implement testing plans for content, subject lines and offers to improve the results and relevancy.
- Campaigns Undertake email performance reporting and gather insight to continuously improve engagement and assist with effective CRM strategy
You should have:
* Proven experience in CRM with strong understanding of customer databases
* Ability to influence, to ensure CRM becomes further Embedded.
* Proven experience in assisting with email marketing campaigns within a luxury or retail brand
* Excellent understanding of email marketing best practice
