A Junior Technical Support Engineer is required for a leading financial software house based in Wolverhampton.Key responsibilities include:
- Responding to technical product incidents.
- Provide a resolution to the incident, and investigating new or existing incidents.
- Give an appropriate response to customer incidents.
- Ensure communication with customers throughout.
Required knowledge and experience:
- Working knowledge of SQL
- Window Server 2008 and above
- Active Directory
- PowerShell scripting
