Description

I have a great new opportunity working for a leading city based bank. My client is about to embark on a major upgrade of their HR systems. They will be moving to a cloud based solution utilizing Success Factors. You will be involved in the end to end process dealing with some of the most senior stakeholders in the business defining and managing the service transition process for the project. Ideally you will have rolled out Success factor within a large organisation utilised a SaaS based solution, following an ITIL base methodology. You will have a strong HR systems background with a good understanding of cloud based solutions and excellent project management capabilities.

Key skills/experience:

  • Working with development partners, ensure that all new projects have RTB engagement from inception and meet minimum acceptance criteria in relation to; GIS Policy, Resourcing, Knowledge transfer, Stability and supportability, Audit and Compliance and efficient management in BAU.

  • Strong service management background with experience designing and implementing ITIL (v3 preferred) processes particularly in relation to service transition disciplines and problem management.

  • Experience working in application management environment, preferably with SAP HR or similar systems in large scale environment .

  • Good general technical understanding; experience working with SAP technologies

  • Proven track record developing operating models for major HR solutions ( SAP/SF/WorkDays etc)
