The Enterprise Architecture team within the client is working on the next generation technology solutions to enable continued growth and innovation of their platforms into the future. As part of this broad and highly visible project to enable delivery of next generation distributed, and as-a-service centric solution, we are seeking a talented developer to join our team to help with building the web application and visualization layer that sits atop the services we are building.
Role
Design, develop and implement web applications that provide a visual representation and user interface to various services (APIs) and service models.
Contribute to (and in some cases lead) the user experience and user interface design for these applications.
Deliver assigned output as part of an agile development team, delivering incremental functionality and features as part of sprint activity, operating in an open and transparent manner.
Participate in product and feature demos for a broad audience of technology teams and more targeted demos for executive team members.
Skills required
You are an expert Java developer with a focus on user interface and user experience related development.
You have built and delivered web applications using AngularJS JavaScript framework.
Working knowledge and hands on experience of Version control systems (like Git) and working in a collaborative agile development team.
Software life cycle automation tools such as Bamboo, Maven or similar.
Web services development.
As a developer you have a solid understanding of cloud, networking and general security concepts and technologies.
