Description
Summary- Service Automation and CSO Tools software testers will be responsible for working with our test architect to define and execute software test cases against a variety of products developed by our engineers.
- Testers will perform testing of GUIs, Middleware, and system interaction to ensure tool requirements have been satisfied.
- Analysis of failures and communication of test results back to the engineering team is a major component of the job as well.
- Testers will be responsible for providing hands-on application support to the Service Automation Tool user and support deployment of applications across infrastructure, ensuring compliance with change control, release management and configuration management processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering
- Hands-on experience with Windows, Windows Server and Linux
- Excellent level of analytical ability, communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with VMware a plus
- Experience with Scripting Language (python, Windows PowerShell) a plus
- Years of experience required: 1-3 years
