iOS Developer - £ per day - Altrincham(iOS, Objective-C, CoreData, Cocoa, iPad, iPhone, Apple, Mobile, Apps, App, Application, Development)
Role: iOS Developer
Rate: £ per day (Opportunity for remote working)
Location: Altrincham
Contract length: 6 months +
I am currently recruiting for an iOS Developer for a Global Motor industry leader who are looking to expand their mobile offering. They analyse thousands of dealer transactions in order to offer practical advice to improve dealer performance, provide motor trade tax and audit services and, using innovative technology, supply market intelligence. To add to their already outstanding service they are looking to design a mobile application for dealerships to use to have this information at their fingertips which will be used from the guys on the sales floor to the very top of the business. This is a Greenfield application and will pave the way for how they will design them moving forward.
In order to achieve this, they are looking for a developer with the following skillset:
- Highly skilled in objective-c
- Experience of developing applications that look, feel good and work well (Not over complicated)
- Worked on the latest versions of iOS 8 and soon to be 9
- Development of native iOS mobile apps
- An understanding of Android
- Automation testing - Use of GIT and Jenkins
- Great communication skills
- Passion for problem solving with an inquisitive nature
- Ability to adapt within an agile environment
- Working knowledge of design patterns
- Be able to advise on platform best practice
- Knowledge of application submission (has published apps in the App Store) and what it takes to create a great iOS application
