Description
Responsibilities:Responsible for managing Incidents and Service Technical skills to administer and monitor Text Mining/NLP applications.
Use analytical tools to identify service improvements and drive them to closure.
Develop complex NLP-based queries.
Responsible for project coordination with business users and stakeholders during an execution of project.
Responsible for testing business functionality.
Writing Python/Perl Scripts, writing NLP queries, developing visualization, developing automation process, etc.

Must have ability to work in a multi-system and multi-platform environment.
Must be able to train novice.
