I am currently looking for a Senior Estimator to join my clients team in Leeds. The company who is originally from the North East has been massively expanding and have decided to open up a team in Leeds they are in urgent need of a Senior Estimator to join their team.They are mainly a Heavy Civil company with a strong focus in Highways and Housing and other projects. They will be wanting someone to join the team on a contract basis and they will be looking to pay a day rate depending on your experience and what you can bring to the role.
The role will be starting mid January and Interviews will be taking place straight after the new year and Christmas break.
They are looking for:
- Civil background
- Experience in construction and highways
- Working in a team
- Managerial Skills
- Local to the office is preferable
- NEC3, FIDIC and JCT contract knowledge is preferable
