General LabourerWe are currently recruiting for our client, a Major Telecommunications Organisation for GENERAL LABOURER to join their project in UK.
Position Title: General Labourer
Position Type: 3 months rolling contract
Start Date: March, 2016

Responsibilities:
- Prepare a job site, unload and deliver material, assemble, lift, move and offer general assistance
- Complete re-instatement work, following in the most part, a trenching machine
- Traditional digging required where necessary
- Responsible for laying cable and re-filling the trench before moving on to other work areas.
- Responsible for the traffic control in and around the work site
Qualifications/Professional experiences Required:
- ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
-- Full EU driving licence for a minimum of one year
-- NRSWA card and CSCS card, or willingness to attend training in order to get the certification
-- Willing to travel to and from various job locations within your working area
--- Be prepared to work away from home to meet operational requirements if needed
-- Work outside in all weather conditions and flexibility with regards to working hours
-- Visit and work in customer premises
-- Use correct and appropriate tools
-- Language:English
- DESIRABLE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
-- Previous experience of working on the External Network
-- Good knowledge of the overhead provision of drop wires
-- Experience of internal installation work
-- A good knowledge of testing and fault identification
