Service Engineer for Solar InverterWe are currently recruiting for our client, prestigious Telecommunication company, for a Service Engineer for Solar Inverter ?to join their office in Bucharest.
Position Title: Service Engineer for Solar Inverter
Position Type: 6 months rolling contract
Start Date: February 2017

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Hotline support and level 1 engineer support.
- Responsible for SLM and TLM technical support service to customer or partner independently or together with a technical support team.
- Onsite support in case of major issues that can’t be solved by customer according to SLA.
- Responsible for handling technical cases on ticket system.
- Responsible for Network Upgrade / Swap according to the team planning.
- Monitoring, updating quality analysis and improvement processes.
- Support for the Hotline support, ticket handling, remote commissioning.
- Improvement of the troubleshooting, intervention on site when necessary.
- Interface with engineering partner to locate technical issues that arise during the engineering process.
- Identification of Safety issues associated with this role: working with live three-phase electricity, manual handling, driving long distances, working outside in bad weather conditions.
Skills:
- Electrical / Electronic qualification (renewable energies) - education as engineer.
- Used with AC/DC current - at least 1 year of experience.
- Customer relationship management skills.
- Fluent English or German / Italian / French / Spanish / Russian.
- Availability to work on shifts if necessary.
- Understands electrical diagrams and can interpret relevant information.
- Good Understanding of PV plant structures, roof top structures.
- Multi-skilled in both theoretical and practical aspects of electrical work.
