Support Operator for Solar InverterWe are currently recruiting for our client, prestigious Telecommunication company, for a Support Operator for Solar Inverter ?to join their office in Bucharest.
Position Title: Support Operator for Solar Inverter
Position Type: 6 months rolling contract
Start Date: February 2017

Responsibilities:
- Pre-sales support, presentation of technical service / solar products.
- Technical requests from the customers through different channels (phone, mail or website).
- Creates the ticket, dispatches it to the engineer (team), answers to simple technical questions.
- Ensures the cases are raised in time, and that entitlement check is performed. In case of emergency, he/she will contact local support engineers and notify them about the incident.
- The operator must have a technical knowledge in electronic / electrical field.
- Interface with support engineer for difficult technical problems/requests.
- Responsible for Hotline support and level 1 engineer support;
- Responsible for SLM and TLM technical support service to customer or partner
- independently or jointly with a technical support team.
- Responsible for handling technical cases on ticket system
- Responsible for Network Upgrade/Swap according to the team planning.
- Responsibilities include but, not limited to: Monitoring, updating Quality analysis and
- improvement processes.
Skills:
- Basic knowledge on AC/DC current.
- Good customer relationship management skills.
- Education as electrician or higher - electrical qualification (renewable energies).
- Good Understanding of PV plant structures, roof top structures.
- Multi-skilled in both the theoretical and practical aspects of electrical work.
- Availability to work on shifts (24/7).
- Fluent English and German / Italian / French / Spanish / Russian / Arabic (2 foreign languages mandatory!)
