The Role
Development phase:
- Validation strategy & plan (derived from CRS, FRS)
- Test compliance Matrix
- Implementing validation strategy (possibly activities in Labview)
- Validate and run qualification program (ESD, Latchup, HTOL etc.)
- Matrix lot analysis & limit setting for industrial test
- Root cause finding (ESD results, lifetime results, validation results)
Sustaining phase:
- Yield improvement
- Customer complaint handling
- Hold lot management
- Process transfers (C14P)
- Coaching APK/APB team members
The Individual
- Msc in Electrical Engineering, Physics or computer science
- 1- 5 years' experience in semiconductors
- Knowledge of CMOS processes (nice to have)
- Experience with class D amplifiers (nice to have)
- Good communication skills both verbal and written, there is a lot of communication with Taiwan
- Drive, enthusiasm, bringing in new ideas
- Eagerness to learn and develop into this role
- Knowledge of LABview.
