Essential skills
- Background in working in a Quantity Surveying role for either a PQS/Local Authority or Contracting Organisation.
- Membership of RICS/MRICS
- Strong background in building or construction quantity surveying or civils experience.
- Experience of the full range of pre-contract and post-contract services
- Full UK driving license
