Description
Ideally you will have a top level mechanical engineering degree (or equivalent) and have several years experience working in a design consultancy or similar product design and development environment. Experience in the field of medical devices, including drug delivery, diagnostics and surgical will be particularly advantageous.

- practical application of engineering principles using hand calcuations, practical experimentation, protoyping, CAD and computer simulation
- creative problem solving
- broad knowledge of production processes and materials
- product development from engineering concept through to production specification
- high level command (including surfacing) of Pro Engineer and/or Solid Works CAD
