Vehicle Electrical EngineerOur client, a global leading IT outsourcing company is recruiting for a Vehicle Electrical Engineer to join their business in Italy.
Position Title: Vehicle Electrical Engineer
Position Type: Contract
Start Date: Immediately
Duration: 3 months rolling

Responsibilities:
- Wire bundling based on grouping of HV, MV & LV applications
- Selection of cable clamps, conduits for electrical harness
- Design of cable trays
- Experience in creation of EBOM
- Ensures compliance with approved production methods and quality standards
Qualifications:
- Between 8 and 10 years of Rail domain experience, working with overall vehicle layout and system requirements
- Expertise in system and/or concept design engineering for sub-systems like HVAC, Lightning, Horn, Powerpacks, Convertors, Panthographs, Operator desk, Electrical Cabinets, onboard system installations, etc.
- Good knowledge of Assembly, manufacturing process
- Expertise in providing concept & detailed design of Electrical Train topology, System schematics, Solution principle schematics, cable principle scheme and Functional diagrams
- Knowledge of UN rail norms for design & manufacturing
- Thorough knowledge of reading system specifications / requirements / drawings and fully proficient in the use of AutoCAD, See Electrical Expert and Access for Cable list
- Required specialization in functional disciplines of Electrical, Electro-Mechanical, etc.
- Required experience in problem resolution techniques
