Description
Spring Technology are currently working with a large public sector organisation based in Westminster, London, looking for a CAD technician to join the business on an initial 9 month contract starting as soon as possible. If you hold current SC Clearance this would be advantageous.
The Role
The job holder will act as a CAD Technician on selected projects, assisting and following the lead of our in house architecture team and Project Managers to ensure each scheme is delivered to quality, time and budget.
The role will require working with our in house designers, specialist suppliers and contractors to ensure that projects meet the design brief.
Skills and experience require
* Extensive knowledge in the production of REVIT & AutoCAD M&E or Architectural drawings.
* Knowledge of drawing and document control
* Archive retrieval knowledge
* Working well under pressure and able to juggle conflicting priorities
* Knowledge of Design Software: AutoCAD, REVIT etc.,
* Microsoft Suite: Word, Excel and Project
