My client based in Paris is actively looking for an urgent research engineer to join their team for a 6 months assignment with the view to be extended further.
Major responsibilities:
- Conduct state of the art review on new technologies/research topics
- Identify external academic collaborators that are considered experts in specific fields
- Conduct research in selected topics
Required background and skills:
The ideal candidate should have a broad knowledge in the following:
- Wireless communications
- Optics
- Analog and Digital Signal Processing
- Information theory and coding
- Applied mathematics
- Machine learning, deep learning
- Quantum physics
- New materials for ICT application
