Description
TEKsystems are currently seeking an Senior Service Designer for an initial 6 month contract working with one of our longest standing banking clients.
You will join a programme of work which has high visibility across the organisation and plays an integral part of the business areas short and long term success.
Responsibilities:
- Map the as is & to be service ecosystem.
- Facilitate workshops with a pilot service team.
- Develop a service design measurement framework.
- Share understanding of the organisation's approach to service design and maturity.
Requirements:
- Ability to listen to the needs of the technical and business stakeholders.
- Have the ability to manage stakeholder's expectations and push back when necessary.
- Have strong digital understanding that can be asserted into your work.
- Designs systems for use across multiple services and can identify the best solution out of a variety of approaches.
- Experienced in using a variety of methods of prototyping.
- Can identify and understand constraints within a large organisation and can effectively navigate between them.
- Ability to challenge the validity of constraints.
- Is experienced in meeting the needs of users across a variety of channels.
