Role : Blue Prism/ RPA monitoringType of contract : Freelance Contract
Duration : 6 months
Location : Düsseldorf
Below are the Job Accountabilities -
• Scheduling and Monitoring of Processes
• Schedule and monitor robots in operational environment
• ensure Operational stability of the live RPA business processes
• Control, administer and co-ordinate the automated processes in the operational environment
• Provide process related support (e.g. change, incidents)
• Monitor the automated process's individual performance and dependencies, optimize the robot utilization/ efficiency and highlight problems or opportunities for improvement
• Inform the process owner in the event of downtime
• Ongoing operations of robots
• Incident management and investigation
• Supervising the run robotics environment and enable Robots to function. (e.g. VDI process restarts)
• Automated process owner information in fault determination, according to the given governance and during the agreed Service Window
• GSD Knowledge Base articles creation in the Customer provided Service Management Platform (ServiceNow)
• Contacting Blue Prism for Blue Prism Software support (bug fixing)
• Creating data for unit testing of bug fixes and L3 support activities. Customer is responsible for creating data for UAT. (User Acceptance Testing)
• Enhancements and other Changes are implemented through the existing Service Changes Management process.
• SLA and utilization reporting
