Description
For one of our Medical devices clients in North-Rhine Westphalia we are seeking freelance support as:Design Engineer Medical Devices (M/F/*)
Tasks:
• Product development, enhancement and maintenance projects for radiation components
• Creation of technical specifications, design, engineering tests, risk management & project documentation
• Design transfer for the serial production
• Support submission process (CE-Mark, 510(k))
Qualification:
• University degree in Material Science, Mechanical -, Process -, or Biomedical Engineering
• Strong knowledge in EU MDR, preferably additional knowledge in medical device regulatory environment (ISO 13485, ISO 14971, 21 CFR, ISO 10993)
• Analytical and problem-solving skills,
• Proficiency in Creo (or similar CAD-Software)
• Fluency in German and English
Requirements
• Start: ideally/latest? Asap / end of June
• Duration: 12 month plus
• Capacity: fulltime / 2 days remote – with possibility on perm position
