Coach:
The Agile coach will play a key role in supporting the organization with agile transformation ensuring the business objectives for adopting and advancing agile and lean practices are met and continuously improving.
Main Responsibilities
Coach teams, projects and program on agile values, principles and practices/techniques
INdividual coaching (e.g. Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Engineers , Architects, Managers, Executives etc)
Facilitate Discovery sessions, inception workshops, retrospective, sprint planning, showcase, estimation
Elaborate and conduct training & brown bag session on Agile values, principles, frameworks and practices
Help teams to improve performance and achieve software development excellence
Work closely with Core Transition team in prioritization and planning new improvements initiatives
Disseminate agile values & principles throughout the organisation
Run training and coaching sessions of the new way of working throughout the organisation
Actively try to identify areas of improvement and conceptualize methods on how to be more efficient
Promote a collaborative team environment that fosters creativity and innovation
Skills
Leading software delivery teams as Product Owner, Scrum Master or similar roles
5+ years of experience working in an Agile environment
3+ years demonstrated experience coaching teams
Experience with enterprise wide agile transformation
Experience working in large and complex organizations , Lean Startup, Lean Product Development,
