Lidar ADAS Toolchain Expert (Senior) (gn)

Your Tasks

Within a team working on autonomous driving functions you ensure the tool support for the data logging and tracing of test drive data. You develop the requirements and architecture for different data logging and tracing tools and ensure efficient interfaces to the remaining toolchain. You plan and coordinate the implementation of necessary scripts.

Main duties:
  • Develop and implement a concept and architecture for data logging and tracing
  • Ensure a common concept for different automotive OEMs
  • Integrate the DLT viewer or similar tools into the existing toolchain
  • Identify patterns for an efficient analysis of the DLT traces
  • Define and implement efficient visualization of the detected errors
  • Take all necessary measures to achieve the required Tool Confidence Level required according to ISO 26262


Your Skills
  • Diploma in computer science, mathematics, physics or engineering
  • Knowledge about functional safety according to ISO 26262
  • Min. 5 years of experience in designing and improving tool chains including requirements, architecture, design and systematic testing
  • High expertise in tool development for analysing and visualizing of statistic data
  • Experience with Genivi framework and Franca
  • Experience in designing domain specific languages for covering specific needs
  • More than 5 years and experience in automotive series projects and min. 3 years of development in ADAS projects
  • Fluent German & English
