Change Manager - Banking - Contract - LondonMy client, a tier-1 bank within London, is looking for an experienced, technically minded Change Manager. This Change Management project will revolve around the merging of my clients Risk and Finance departments and the role will ensure that the project risks are measured effectively throughout the process.
The successful applicant will have a proven track record on Change projects in the past, must have an understanding of how risk is measured and will be the primary point of contact on risk matters. A solid understanding of Stress Testing is also paramount in this position.
This role is offering a 6 month rolling contract and a daily rate of up to £600 has been signed off, for the correct applicant (based on experience, Current situation and relevance to this position)
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- Excellent stakeholder management.
- Proven Project Change experience.
- A strong Financial Services background.
- Risk Measurement and Management experience.
- Understanding and implementation of Stress Testing.
- Strong team leadership.
- Able to recognise strengths in others (Inter-department), and implement them in the process.
- Excellent inter-personal skills - Consultancy experience.
