So if you have an analytical mind, and are experienced in leading quality focused teams in a relevant environment, and are looking for a new challenge, this is a fantastic opportunity for you.

As an Operations Manager, you'll have responsibility for the day-to-day management of a Delivery Station, providing leadership to Shift Managers, Operations Supervisors and Operations Assistants, and managing relationships with independent local, regional and national delivery companies. Beyond your day-to-day responsibilities, you'll instinctively always be on the lookout to see how we can make the customer experience even better.
You'll come with an impressive background based in a similar environment. What's clear is your passion for driving efficiencies through innovation and being able to motivate a team to continually improve. You'll also have an eye for detail and be able to detect root causes as well as visualising what potential resolutions might look like.
