Design Engineer - Automotive - Northampton - 6 Month Rolling Contract - £ Neg
My client based in Northampton urgently requires a Design Engineer to bring an additional level of skill to the design team.
The Candidate will be working with the Chief Designer on Powertrain projects for a new road engine.
Skills/Experience
- Unigraphics NX6
- Experience of Powertrain engineering
- Preferable background working for a large UK OEM consultancy
Beneficial Skills/Experience
- NX9 experience
- Knowledge of FEA modelling
- Engine testing
The working week is 45 hours as standard with up to 55 hours a week available due to peak workload.
