Description
I am currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to engage on a 9 Month contract on a highway project in Bedfordshire.Based over 2 sites, 1 in Bedford and a second in Houghton Regis, this is a link road project so knowledge of highway work is required.
The successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of cost management from inception of a project through to completion. Your role will also encompass all of the technical aspects of a Quantity Surveyor including, but not limited to: preparing budget estimates/cost plans; preparation of tender documents; create cost reports; Pre and post contract cost management
There is also a requirement for an assistant QS to work alongside the Quantity Surveyor on the same project.
